Location: 29 Kilworth Park Dr, Middlesex Centre, ON N0L 1R0

Appointment time: 9:30-11:00am 

This is a 90 minute massage treatment with a student in the Fanshawe Massage Therapy program. All treatments are guided by an RMT instructor, with 17 years of experience.

Please bring shorts and a tank top or sports bra. Treatments will be provided on massage tables, with linens, however, not in individual rooms to allow for privacy to undress. 

A health history form is attached if you would like to print and complete prior to your appointment, otherwise, please arrive 10 minutes early to complete the paperwork.
