Booking a Study Space: Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Submit Your Request
- Choose your time:
- Select an available start time (green tile) on the booking grid below,
- Select an end time from the dropdown that appears, click Submit Times
- Authenticate with your Fanshawe Credentials
- Review Terms and Conditions, click Continue to agree
- Enter student number, and click Submit my Booking
Step 2: Review Your Booking Details
- Check your Fanshawe inbox for a confirmation email from alerts@mail.libcal.com
- Need to cancel? Use the cancelation link in your confirmation email so the room becomes available to others

MAXIMUM: 2 hour daily booking limit, up to 48 hours in advance. The same space can only be booked once per day
